The Tao Thong is a small Thai restaurant in the center of Bangkok. Mr. Pimook Linpaisarn, the owner and manager, has opened the restaurant about one and a half years ago in the Banthat Thong Road. He occupies two female employees who act in the kitchen. The Tao Thong offers from on Mondays to Sundays from 4 to 10:30 pm HotPot soups which the customer can collect together. To the customer itself decides which soup kind and ingredients he would like to have in his soup. The ingredients reach from different noodle kinds, different meat and fish kinds up to different vegetable kinds. The special one, on this occasion, is that you can divide the pot into two halves and has therefore the possibility to cook two different soups at the same time at the table. Besides the map offers already ready cooked dishes. The customers of the Tao Thong are people from the surroundings which eat at the evening there with their families, Chulalongkorn students which visit it after the university and regular customers who love the small restaurant and eat over and over again there.
