Meeting Mr. Linpainsarn

Today Lamice and I were eating once more in our favorite Thai restaurant. We had made a few thought to ourselves about the Blog and wanted to interview the owner to attain more exact information about the restaurant. Unfortunately, the owner was not present at our arrival, however, an employee explained with hand signs that he will come soon. So we decided to eat as long as we wait and to try the newest sauce creation. Lamice found them breathtaking, while I snapped because of the sharpness at air.

After we had eaten our delightful soup and have still talked about the project, Mr. Linpaisarn came into the store. He welcomed us friendly and we ask him whether we might briefly interview him. He tells that he opened the store about one and a half years ago and he is the manager and looks after the business area. Besides he has another two employees who take over the kitchen. For us it was also interesting which target group the store had. Mr. Linpaisarn said us that most customers are people from the area with their families, Chulalongkorn students or regular customers.
